Production division of Polimerc Sp. z o.o. has a long tradition. The activity was started 1976 with manufacturing of spare parts for needs of Polish Factory URSUS.
Since that time was the company profile extended by adapting to changing needs and market requirements.
Production division currently specializes in manufacturing of sheet metal parts for tractors.
- C-330 – rear fenders, front fenders, bonnet;
- C-360 - rear fenders, front fenders, bonnet, cross member, battery support, toolbox;
- C-360 3P – bonnet;
- Massey Ferguson - rear fenders, front fenders;
- T-25 - front fenders.
All sheet metal parts are manufactured according to technical documentation and production requirements of Factory URSUS. The parts are manufactured of quality sheet metal and protected with special anti-rust paint.
We offer wholesale and retail sale of manufactured products.
We give 3% discount on purchase over 10.000 Zloty net.
There is the possibility to arrange by Polimerc Sp. z o.o a delivery of purchased tractor metal items.
Production division of Polimerc Sp.z o.o. offers following services:
- sheet metal cutting and bending
- turning and milling services
- welding of steel elements
- sandblasting of steel parts
Production halls have professional equipment, inter alia:
- stamping, trimming, piercing presses of sheet metal to 4 mm thick,
- angle bending machine for sheet metal 1,0 ÷3,0 mm thick and 20 ÷ 2000 mm long
- guillotine shear for cutting of metal sheet 1,0 ÷ 8,0 mm thick
Polimerc Sp. z o.o. obtained in June 2010 the Certificate of Quality Management System according to ISO PN-EN 2001:2009 standard in design, production and renovation of bodyworks, additional equipment of commercial vehicles and production of sheet metal car parts as well as turning and metalwork & welding services.
Employees of production division have all necessary credentials and trainings, that are required in production processes.
Instruments, appliances and machines have essential licenses and certificates of Polish Technical Inspection UDT and undergo periodic technical inspections.
